Registration Fee: Fee includes admission to all sessions, conference materials, breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, a Welcome Dinner (Monday night), and a copy of the proceedings.

Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellations made on or before September 1, 2008 will receive a refund, minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made after September 1, 2008 will receive a refund in the amount of their payment minus a $200 administration fee. Registrations may be transferred to another person at no charge.
